Elsinore finished last season as the last-place team in the TBA 1
Division. This year, they had a tight race with Hornsby's until
the very end - pulling away to the league's 2nd best record.
They play against another of last season's Bottom Feeder entries.
Skip's finished 3rd in 2007 but vaulted to a division title this
season. Despite the final records, Skip's dominated the season
series.

The Natty Lights and IM's both cruised to easy wins - 20 games or
more ahead of 2nd place. The Natty Lights won the Conference
title last season, but lost the finals in 6 games. They finished
with the identical record as they had last season. Meanwhile,
IM"s improved from their 2nd-place finish in 2007 to take the TBA 3
crown.

BWB CHAMPIONSHIP : Elsinore vs. The Natty Lights
Both teams have an outside chance to make the Benchwarmer Bash if
they lose in this series, but Elsinore's hold is a bit more
precarious. The Natty Lights attempt to go one step further than
2007 - they won the conference title, but fell short in the
championship round. Elsinore is wrapping up a season when they
moved from 4th to 1st place and a league title would be a great
capper.
