Matthewson Conference: Boar's Nest (85-65) vs. San Diego
(101-49)
Boar's Nest won their third consecutive Wagner Division title,
though in a change from recent seasons, the division was not close in
the end (they had a 10-game margin). They took over first place
in Week 10. San Diego, rebounding from a 90-loss season in 2004,
essentially led wire-to-wire and easily won the Cobb Division by 25
games.

Johnson Conference: Milford (107-43) vs. Oaxaca (83-67)
Milford went 2-4 in Week 1, but that was the last time that the
other Ruth Division teams had a chance. By Week 2, they were
tied for first and then built their lead throughout the summer - twice
using 12-game winning streaks on the way to the best regular season
record in BWB history and their second straight title. Oaxaxa,
on the other hand, was in last place as late as Week 14, and closed a
huge gap in Week 19 to catch up with, and eventually pass, San
Francisco. The Revolution then held on to win by one game.
Oaxaca's division title is their first.

HALL OF FAME LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP : Oaxaca vs. Boar's Nest
Once again, the ghosts of 2001 seem to have been erased - the
expansion year - as two former expansion teams make it to the finals
(throw in Milford and 3 of the 4 playoff teams were from that group).
For the first time, BWB had teams that won 100 games - both in this
league - and both lost in the Conference Finals. Boar's Nest
easily swept San Diego and Oaxaca jumped out to an early lead against
Milford and finished them off in 6 games. Boar's Nest now is in
line to become the first two-time champ in Hall of Fame League
history, while Oaxaca looks to continue the run of unique champs.
